2024 was amazing, and hard, and beautiful … and hard. (Yes, I said “hard” twice. Not a typo.) Through it all, I found myself holding tightly to the things that kept me steady amidst the highs and lows.

If I could do a Ted Talk on a topic it would be this - Do less.

And it would apply to life as much as it does for work.

If your priorities are not reflected on your calendar, then they aren’t really your priorities.
